Meet Our Team

The IAAP Staff consists of a group of running savvy individuals who specialize in different aspects of the race to put on professional running events. We strive to make each race unique, fun, and an all-around running production.

José Iñiguez

President

José is the driving force of IAAP. Having run professionally in over 20 countries, he is the winner of the '89 & '94 San Antonio Marathon and '95 Motorola Marathon. His runners' point of view has been a dream for clients - especially race directors. A steadfast visionary, with a most genuine can-do attitude, José sets the stage for IAAP's successful growth.

Rafael Iñiguez

Business Manager

As IAAP's business manager, Rafael oversees all operations of the business to make sure it runs smoothly. His main duties include timing races, graphic design and editing, and bookeping. He ran cross country and track four years in college and was 10th in the marathon (2:42:09) at the 1999 NAIA Track & Field National Championships. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Communications. Rafa enjoys playing tennis, running, salsa dancing, and reading.

Ceci Iñiguez

Vice-President

Ceci is our vice-president, web designer, web master and oversees the online registration pages. She graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with degrees in Communication Arts and Spanish American Literature, with a minor in photography. Ceci ran cross country and track in college and still enjoys running and competing in road-races.
