They can handle a race from a small one all the way to large events like the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon with over 14,000 participants. "IAAP does the timing for most San Antonio RoadRunners races. We have 9 races every year that they time for us. They go beyond to be sure we have accurate results for our runners including taking pictures of all finishers with the time clock. They are able to resolve any timing issue quickly. Another great service they provide is the ability to see how many runners are still on the course, so we can provide our runners support till the end. Not only do they assist with timing, but they also provide race support and advice if we need it. They provide barricades, stage, and other race supplies as needed. We could not put on a great race without IAAP.

Once we finally teamed up, IAAP has been our choice for timing and promotion of our races ever since! From course setup, all the way to final results they can cover it all. The entire staff knows everything involved in putting on and promoting a race, and they are great at teaching you so you can have a real understanding of it all. "The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) has organized a 5K Fun Run/Walk in connection with its annual Summer Meeting since 1996. Our meeting is in different cities around the country, and this past summer (June 29, 2022), we were in San Antonio, Texas. We usually organize the race ourselves, but this year we hired IAAP to handle the race-day administration, and Jose and his team did an outstanding job. Our meeting was held at the downtown Grand Hyatt, and we were able to walk right outside the side door of the hotel for the start and finish of the race. Jose organized an out-and-back 5K course through the Hemisphere Park, under the interstate highway and to/around the Alamodome and back. The course was on sidewalks, in the park and on the outside of the Alamodome – all totally free from traffic. His team used cones, directional arrows and people to mark the course. He had an electronic clock, timing-chip running bibs and provided results within five minutes of all our 150 competitors completing the course. And, because Jose knew that we were doing the Fun Run/Walk to raise money for the NFHS Foundation, his charges to administrate the race were very reasonable. If you are holding a convention in downtown San Antonio and wanting to stage a 5K Fun Run/Walk in association with your conference, IAAP, led by Jose Iniguez, is your company."

"It was my first time hosting a 5K/10K and I had ZERO idea where to start, but I did know I wanted it to be professional, organized, and fun. Through my research, I found IAAP and I’m beyond glad I did!!!
